Releasing soft tissue restrictions early...before they become solidified problems that lead to pain, performance decline or injury...can help give your horse the competitive edge in equine sports, competition or show or simply help keep your horse healthy and prevent some tendon injuries and other tension related lameness.
Our horses are our partners, in work and in play and have given their all. They were indispensable in agriculture and transportation. Some of the symptoms of muscular pain, stiffness and soreness in a horse can be:
- shortened strides, restricted range of motion
- general decline in the horse's performance
- refusal to take a lead
- crow hopping, bucking
- hollowing back, raising head, throwing head during gait changes
- unwilling to change gaits
- stiff gaits
- general behavioral issues (biting, unwillingness to be ridden, unwillingness to be saddled, cinchy, etc.)
